Why Minnesota: I chose to train at U of Minnesota because of the inspiring and warm faculty I met on interview day who seemed genuinely passionate about resident education. I loved the emphasis on research, well-rounded training, and particular strength in Pediatrics. I'm new to the midwest but have loved the livability and friendly atmosphere of Minneapolis. I've been enjoying the many lakes around the cities with my dog and have been kayaking, running and hiking a bunch since moving here!
