Why Minnesota: During my interview day and throughout my years here I have realized three things 1. The residents are my people. We come from various backgrounds but everyone is supportive, down to earth, fun to be around. 2. The staff constantly see your potential and invest in you. During interview day Dr. Yueh laid out the opportunities he could see me taking advantage of based off of my interest. His comments and other staff's comments have encouraged me to continuously pursue my goals within and outside of residency. 3. No one leaves here a mediocre surgeon!
