Medical Interests: I'm coming to really enjoy endoscopic sinus surgery. The management of patients with head and neck cancer is also very fulfilling.
Hobbies: Since coming to Minnesota, I have started a garden, and I'm now drowning in zucchini. I also enjoy biking, hiking, and long walks on the beach with my fiancé, Alex, an Internal Medicine resident in the Heme/Onc physician scientist training program. I also enjoy sewing and tailoring clothing!
Why Minnesota: This program has one of the highest percentages of female faculty, and this representation was a huge draw for me. The operative experience here is rich with a huge diversity of procedures, which fosters independence. I can see why so many of our alumni feel confident handling anything after graduating from this program!
